About Dr Peter Kwan Pak-Ming:
A Hong Kong well-known information technology expert. In the early 80’s he founded Expert System Company Ltd., a renowned IT system integrator which merged with Lenovo China Group in 1992, and successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1994. Over the years, He worked as an Executive Vice President in one of the largest Chinese digital content providers, the China INFOBANK Limited, also worked as a chief executive for a Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest technology distributor. He is now the founder of Big Data Architect Limited (BDA) and the chairman of Big Data committee Smart City Consortium.

關伯明博士簡介：
香港知名科技專家，不論在商界、科技界都有非常豐富的經驗。關博士早於80年代初創辦顯良糸統有限公司，其後與中國聯想電腦集團合併，並在香港聯合交易所上市。在過往20年，他曾於中國最大商業資料庫(中國資訊行)中擔任執行副總裁，和於《財富》500強的科技公司中任職香港區總裁等。現在於數據架構師有限公司(BDA)中任首席運營官和智慧城市聯盟大數據工作小組主席等。
